OLI Mentor Application

OLI is seeking volunteer mentors from diverse career streams to build supportive connections with Indigenous youth enrolled in the Future Leaders Next Level Career Program.

 

Mentorship with OLI is a two-way learning experience, providing both mentors and mentees with fresh insights, mutual growth, and shared inspiration.

 

With the supprt of OLI staff, mentors and mentees will develop a motivating relationship through virtual meetings and shared activities from February to May. As a mentor, you will have the unique opportunity to guide your mentee to explore new opportunities, possible career paths, and help guide goal setting for their future. Mentees will earn a Certificate in Professional Studies as part of this mentorship.
