RBC Future Leaders

Developed to support youth as they begin to consider the next steps following high school, RBC Future Leaders is a dynamic mentorship program that empowers Indigenous youth in career education, leadership development and personal growth.

Features:

  • Individual Mentorship

  • Career Exploration

  • Life Skill Development

  • Travel + Dance

  • Additional High School Credit

Preparing the Next Generation of Indigenous Leaders

In preparation for what lies ahead, OLI mentors develop supportive individual relationships with RBC Future Leaders participants, motivating them to explore the possibilities available to them following graduation and to discover new opportunities and career paths, both at home and beyond.

Participants also travel to Toronto to meet other Future Leaders in person and perform on stage.

Particpants must be Indigenous youth in Grades 10-12 from one of our partnering communities and have completed at least one year of OLI Dance.
